Bad Attitude

On collecting a parcel and being kept at the counter - zero customers in store. Tanya eventually assisted me. No hello No nothing. I said to her I would like to collect a book and produced my ID. I did not have a tracking number. She was totally disgusted and rolled her eyes at me for not having a tracking number. Is this the way to assist a customer?? She threw the file open and started to look for my name. In todays times I would value the position I have and show some respect to a customer. I was totally appalled and disgusted by her attitude" So many people are out of jobs and clearly Tanya does not appreciate or value her job. That's the very last time I will step into that store!
