On Tuesday the 19th November CCD couriers contacted me to advise that they will be delivering my FNB card between 8-10am on Thursday.
At 12:00 I called the call center and was advised that they will find out where my courier is and get back to me, at 12:30 I called again and the same story was told to me. I called again at 14:30 and was given the courier guy's contact details, when I called him he advised me that he had a break down and my gave my card to someone else. No one bothered to contact me and tell me, I couldn't go out and do my job cause I was waiting for the card.
