The above registered mail tracking number refers. On the 1st of Februrary I mailed anitem with Postnet Hatfield and was provided with a tracking number. A few days later the recipient indicated that they have not yet received the parcel.
I entered the number on the PO website only to receive a msg saying the number does not exist. I have phoned the Hatfield branch and made visits to the store itself for answers, each time people take mydetails, photocopy my receipts and promise to call me back, . to date i have received no calls, and the letter has not arrived.
