The parcel was sent on the 5/09/2013 via Ems
No tracking info is available from the internet or Ems in JHB - tel 011-961 6009
Delivery quoted is 7 to 10 days - today is day 11 and still no information
In 2011 I sent a parcel to Barbados via Ems - the delivery was given as 7 to 10 days
It took nearly 3 months to arrive in Barbados and for the whole period Ems could not give me any info on the
where abouts of the item.
So far I have the same experience - the only feedback received is " the parcel has not arrived " - If they can not supply any tracking info how will they know when it does arrive?
When one try to phone them the phone only rings and eventually comes up with a message to
trace the item on their website where one needs to type in the tracking number
This exercise brings no information - their tracking system is totally useless
I wrote them an e mail asking for their MD to communicate with me and still had no response from them
The e mail was addressed to Monica at Ems JHB -011 -961 6009
Such poor of service is totally unacceptable.
