Elmarie does not give feedback on time this is a issue to me if my surname was van vuuren the vehicle would have not been sold to me because it does not have documents and not sure whether its a code 2 or not.
She sent a vehicle to use in the meantime but when i called her that the vehicle can not start she advised its a battery problem again she still give me bad service till today the vehicle is at my place stack in my yard what is this.

The vehicle does not have the registration certificate and the hired vehicle is not drivable what king of service is this in such a big Company.
Directors or Managers don't even bother themselves about coming with a solution. Why did they sell this car to me if they are going to treat me like a Beggar now not a valid customer.

When i ask questions the reply is go to OMBUDSMAN that is an answer from the complaints officer.
