I was extremely upset with not receiving my parcel when I had expected it (as I was told by the agent). Although the parcel was not delivered when I needed it, I am Thankful for their acknowledgement and apology. I have to admit it was hard being too upset with the company as they have a patient and understanding attitude. I finally have the parcel and I'm VERY happy! Thank you:-)
