11 month old car, 25K km's faulty sound

I purchased a brand new i20 from Silverlakes PTA last year Dec '12. 11 months later the sound has ceased to work. Silverlakes does not have a workshop so it was recommended I go to a workshop near work which was Bryanston. They were not very helpful and said they will first determine if the car is under warranty!! If they can't fix it they will send it for repairs. I cant go without a car because I live in PTA. I phoned Silverlakes again and the manager said I should speak to Zambesi and ask if they could assist with a courtesy vehicle while the issue is resolved. The answer was a loud NO!! I find this unacceptable. I must arrange a rental which could be for 2 days or more. This is a car which has a warranty of 5 years and the radio two years or 45K km's. I should not be penalised for a faulty car which is not a cheap item. The car has 25K km's. Their workshops are closed on weekends so I will have to pay for it to be repaired on a Saturday and that will most probably be used in the future to dishonour any other warranty repairs they are obliged to do!!! I love Hyundai's but have lost ALL faith in the Hyundai services. Menlyn PTA's manager doesnt answer his phone nor Hyundai SA!!!
