I complained about the vehicle that i bought since the 24/10/2013 till today nothing has been done. Shock of my life she sent the vehicle to me forcing me to accept it in that condition like its a free biz. She only changed the tyres and did not do wheel alignment and the hand brake still worn out clicking 7 times when pulling it up what a nerve should i now drive a vehicle like that which she can not accept if it was to be given to her. She treats me like a stupid i work for an insurance company were there are so many assessors who tel me whats wrong with the vehicle but they still bring it like that.
The service and attitude is disgusting and there is no one who is worried about the problems to be solved even management just stand back and do nothing about it. Put your self in my shoes as a customer to be given a life threatening vehicle then you expect met to accept it.
Imperial Select are just as good as back door dealers who do not have a resolution to anything but they have facilities in house.
This is a issue its confirmed as they still force me to take damaged goods after weeks of keeping the vehicle.
