Rude, Unhelpful and a 5 of 8

The receptionist said Rajendra, who I had no interest in speaking to as he has to me and been very rude, unhelpful and insincere in his dealings with me. I then said to the receptionist someone better call me back as I am going to make a scene when I collect my vehicle!
I was then was shaking as I was so angry. I could not get hold of anyone else in that branch who could neither confirm or deny this new procedure that Rajendra had said was in place. I called my Sales Advisor and told him what happened. He was very apologetic towards the treatment I have received and especially that he suggested me going to branch closest to my home for my convenience. He then repeated his suggestion of booking the vehicle in with the Pinetown branch to receive my key as he has no answer to why Durban South cannot assist me.
I then called Durban South to tell them I want to collect my vehicle. The receptionist put me through to Rajendra who I did not want to speak to. I told him I want to collect my vehicle now. He asked for the vehicle details which I gave him. He said his driver was out and as soon as he is available he would collect me. He once again he did not apologise for his behavior.
