Rude, Unhelpful and a 6 of 8

The driver collected me just after 15:00. When I arrived I had to wait for Rajendra as he was with a customer. Once the customer had finished I walked towards his desk. He said hello and walked away. I sat down and waited from him. He came back to his desk and proceeded to tell when what was fixed on my vehicle. I asked him again why I could not get the key from his branch. He told me the same story of the letter and I asked to see this letter. He then back peddled and said it was a verbal thing he heard from Billy Bridge and he had told me this. So I said "Oh so now it's a verbal thing, how many times is your story going to change? " While telling him I spoke to my Sales Adviser and to his knowledge there is no such thing and all the people he has spoken to knows nothing of this, Rajendra rudely tried to tell me no and talk over me. I told him I will go to the Pinetown branch to get my key. He said, "oh so they got your key there? ". I said no, they don't have my key there, when I take my vehicle in they will have a key for me. He then said he will go get my vehicle and walked away...
