Who has had no confirmation of the existence of this letter that states General Motors will not cover the cost of replacement keys. He also has not been able to contact Billy Bridge or Glynn Crookes. He then called Rajendra again to ask if he had found the letter but had changed his story to the letter being a verbal thing from Billy Bridge. His advice was to book the vehicle in at the Pinetown branch to receive new key. I asked him why can't I get the key from your other branch Durban South both branches fall under the same company. He could not give me an answer as he did not know himself. At this point I was very angry. I then told my Sales Adviser that I would try contact Billy Bridge and Glynn Crookes as this is not acceptable how they are treating me. He was very apologetic.
I called Durban South Branch but the lines where busy. I eventually got through just before 14:00 and asked to speak to Billy Bridge, who was not in the office, and Glynn Crookes who was in meetings all day. I left messages for them to call me back. I call again asking for Billy Bridge and Glynn Crookes and got the same answers from the receptionist. I asked "is there nobody else I can speak to? "...
