The service I have received from General Motors Key Group Durban South Branch - 1051 South Coast Rd, has been most unsatisfactory.
I received a Chevrolet Sonic Hatch 2012 from General Motors Key Group Pinetown Branch a couple of months ago. The key I got was faulty and I was promised a new key. All I had to do was book the vehicle in so that they could program the key. I booked the vehicle in advance and on arrival I was told I needed to bring the spare key with so they can program that as well. There were also other things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle that day. I did not have the spare key on me and when I got home I searched my home but I could not find it. It was one of those situations... when you hide something so well you cannot find it! I then collected my vehicle that afternoon without they key being replaced. I few weeks later I found the spare key and called the Pinetown branch. My Sales Advisor suggested going to the Durban South branch to get the new key as it is closer to my home.
I booked in the vehicle in advance explaining the reason for the new key. On arrival, 5th November, I spoke to Rajendra Govender (Service Advisor)...
