Zero Thinking and the Possibilities

I logged a call on the Hyunday website to have my car serviced, but after 5 days I had to call them and book a service as the branch claim they never received the mail. I got a booking on Wednesday the 11th of December and took my vehicle to the dealership. Getting there, I had to wait 45 min before a service advisor could see me. Finally I had by vehicle booked, but the question remained, if there are so many customers, how good will the quality of the service be, that we will have to see. I recieved an SMS to say the vehicle is ready, but as I was busy I only got to the message at 4:10. I called the branch to request a collection, only to be told there are no drivers available. Now how must I get my vehicle, as I do not have any form of transport. I was left with only one option, walk, which I did. Getting to the branch I told the receptionist that I would like to collect my vehicle and was asked who was the service advisor. At that point I could not care. When she saw my name on my ID tag she remembered who helped me and said that the advisor is not at her desk and I will have to wait. I have been waiting for 20 min now and still nothing. You will not see me again
