My vehicle was booked in for a service on Friday the 1st of November 2013.
Upon collection the vehicle was not washed upon asking why I was informed that you were too busy!!!!! The service centre agent was not able to inform me as to what was done on my vehicle nor answer any questions I had.
The old parts were on my back seat and the vehicle was not serviced properly.
The vehicle has a knock and is blowing out smoke... the air pipe was also loose. How does this happen???? Such poor service an absolutely no value for money.
How does you franchise operate??? This is ridiculous, absolutely no customer satisfaction!!!! Seeing as this is not the first time your particular franchise has disappointed me in regards to a service I will be going public, this is ridiculous!!!!! Unacceptable!!!
