Rude, Unhelpful and a 3 of 8

I called my Sales Advisor straight away who then said he has no knowledge of this but will investigate, contact Rajendra and call me back. He called me back at 9:30 saying that Rajendra had told him that there was a letter sent out last week straight from General Motors stating that they will no longer cover the cost of key replacements. He asked Rajendra to forward this letter to him but could not find this letter. He then called the claims department and they had no knowledge of this procedure. He then asked his Manager who also had no knowledge of this. He then tried to contact the After Sales Service Director Billy Bridge at the Durban South branch who was then out of the office but had left a message for him to call back. He also tried to contact the Managing Director Glynn Crookes at the Durban South Branch but he was in meetings all day and left a message from him to call back. My Sales Advisor asked me if I could give him some time to investigate further and try get hold of the After Sales Service Director and Managing Director which I agreed to.
I then got a call back from my Sales Advisor just after 13:00...
