My vehicle had to go in for the15 000km service. They had no drivers to drop me of at work, so i had to wait till my vehicle is finished.
When i booked my vehicle in, i had a plastic bag, with "loose spares" One of the spares was a washer that fell out of the steering wheel. I told the guy who booked my vehicle in (Piet), that the mechanic must open the hooter cover and check what is loose in there.
Piet came to me, and said my vehicle is finished, must it go to the wash bay? Of course it has to go. When i got my vehicle back, at 10H30, the vehicle was dirty outside and inside. only the mats was washed. And the BAD smell inside the vehicle was unbearable!!! I took my vehicle back to Tata today, there was still something in die steering wheel that was loose!!! All they could say it was a miss understanding. They removed the other washer from the steering wheel, but did not replace it!!! Why was it there? Why did the other washer fell out?
It was so unprofessional and a very bad experience with them. Are there any good Tata Service Centres who can give GOOD and Quality service???
