I took my vehicle to Bloem multi franchise who informed me vehicle service was covered by my plan ater asking lady to check if vehicle was covered for service and driving 400 kms to deliver my vehicle there at about mid day I was called and informed that the service that vehicle was booked for had already been claimed the agent told me he was working on the problem but as time was getting short I agreed to pay for the service so that I could return home with vehicle as soon as bloem multi franchise received there money from me they stopped worrying about my customer experience the dealer principal is always not in office or in meeting so I contacted liquid capital that was in june and till today witch is the 18th october I am stiil waiting for the authorisation manager to investigate the previous dealership and why they booked the wrong service I just. Want my money back wich is a sustantial amount both liquid capital and bloem multi franchise have pathetic service will never use them again
