We booked our VW in for a air service. The service adviser had to phoned to find out that the fault was an alleged dirty air filter. The adviser said he will go and test the car after i told him what the air does at certain speeds, he replied that i don't have to worry and he will personally fly down to the coast if the air does not work when we go on holiday. Needless to say, it didn't even work when my wife picked up the vichle. He also said they checked the pressure and it is fine. When the car was collected he changed his story to my wife and said the gas pressure was low. Did they check it? I phoned the manager, told him about the situation and he assured me he will sort this out. Four days later no response. Sorry this is my second incident at Vw Menlyn. Never again. Not even for a free car... They keep on misleading customers and you are always mare out to be a stupid owner... Hope some heads role over this. How many miss-informed customers fall for their sorry stories.
