So unhappy with the dealership and vehicle

I bought this vehicle from Princess multi franchise and took delivery on Thursday last week 28th February. On agreement I was told that this vehicle would be serviced, and on delivery to my dismay there was the service and fault light on the car. I had a look at the service book and it was clean no service stamps in the car. I then realized that there was no spanner, lock nuts, jack or even triangle in the vehicle yet they said that a roadworthy has been done on the vehicle. I then also seen that they had taken out the spare wheel and given me an old one yet this vehicle was supposed to be a demo model? On Sunday my clutch cable snapped. You can imaging the frustration of having my insurance tow the vehicle to the dealership. The vehicle has been at the dealership since then and they have not yet started working on the vehicle as there is a
Discrepancy with parts. Very unhappy
