I purchased a brand new Tata Dicor Dbl Cab from Tata Umhlanga in November 2012. Ever since day 1 I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Firstly with the bakkie being infested with fleas (which they did resolve). Since about March this year I've had endless problems with the car overheating due to the "water Pump' and radiator leaking. This problem was 'resolved' only to have it happen again 2 months later. The heater box blew which I am still waiting for the parts. I know absolutely nothing about the mechanics of any vehicle other than how to drive one but this was the very first vehicle I've ever got brand new and I regret the decision everyday to have bought one from Tata Umhlanga. I am now without a vehicle and I was promised a courtesy car of some sort and now they basically saying that they have none available so tough. I find the attitude of the DP to be absolutely disgusting as he should care about the image & after sale services he gives his customers. I will never purchase another vehicle from Tata because even dealing with the Head office in JHB there is no joy. I am truly disappointed as I find it impossible that no one at Tata appreciates the customers.
