Incorrect Billing and shocking service

When collecting the vehicle in Dec we waited 90 mins for correct billing, we were quoted an amount & on arrival the amount they wanted to bill far exceeded what was quoted. Then after having the vehicle for 2 weeks, brakes failed & there was no power to the accelator. We discovered that the vehicle had not been serviced and previously in an accident. It should not have been rented out to start with. Endless phonecalls were made to get assistance for this which was eventually sorted. Not even 24 hours later something similar happens to the next vehicle. It was a Sunday & Tempest did not have a replacement vehicle. After more than and hour being on the phone to try and find a solution they provided another car. A week later notification is received that R6987.86 will be billed for a claim that was put through. They now say that rats chewed a cable and we are liable for damage? So that amt has been taken with no notification or authority as well as a claim put through claiming that the client is responsible for damage that could have happened whilst in their possession or another client who had it previously? Time for renewal..no help..clearly tempest dont value their cust or the business!
