From the drivers to the consultants, I am disgusted! I have been tracking parcels that I need for business the whole day. Out for delivery in the morning but they never arrived.
I am soo! So one of the consultants suggested that I wait until 5:10pm to see if the parcel won't arrive. At 5:20pm I call the the call centre and speak to this pompous Marvin guy. He's rude and as I begin to read out the tracking number, he rudely interrupts and instructs me to hold. I held for exactly 3min40seconds, then I decided to hang up. Still have no idea what the I was holding for.
Don't work in customer service if you can't handle customers and check your attitude.
UTI needs to pull their socks up, service stinks.
