Tracking Enquiry Issues

Hi there,

My package arrived at JHB on the 17th of December 2013 according to the tracking details. Since then no progress was made with the delivery and also no luck with phoning your call centre or any of the 011 numbers provided. I have been trying for days now to get through on any of these numbers with no luck. Please let me know as to when I can expect my parcel to be delivered and secondly have a good look at your call centre. This is to say if there is still one. It is pathetic to say the least!
