Terrible Attitude, what makes Moroka different!

First i let their careless mistake pass in October 2012. My parcel was sent to Moroka in the first week of October 2012. I did not get the notification to collect. When I tracked on the internet the parcel was sent to Moroka a week ago- 7 days back. When I went to collect, they shipped it back that same morning. Meaning a repost was done again, still not by Moroka also. No apologies nothing.

On Friday 18/01/2013 my parcel arrived @ Moroka between 10:00 - 11:00.
Still i didnt receive notification to collect. I went there Saturday 19/01/2013 around 09:30.
the que was long, the stalls were empty and the client services staff is RUDE. Even RUDE to senior citizens!
The lady was rude absolutely Rude. She refused to give me my parcel because I produced a drivers licence.
She was standing behind the counter with the parcel in her hand and told "well u wont get it" with ATTITUDE.

I collected parcels at Cresta always, I've used Jabulani aswell with my LICENCE. Even the call centre said all i need was the TRACKING NUMBER AND MY ID OR DRIVERS LICENCE.
WHAT MAKES MOROKA DIFFERENT!!!
