Parcel Tracking Results - NA / Othe

I have been patiently waiting for a parcel to arrive, finding it very suspicious that it is taking longer than my usual parcels arrive, and this morning when I attempt to track my package, it says Location scanned NA?!?!?! and current status: Other?!?!?!?
What does that even mean??? hello! the point of a tracking system is so that a b*llsh*t response like, NA doesn't happen!! with a tracking result like this, why would anyone ever trust the SA Post Office with their parcels???
