Paid R85 for Epress but 4 days and no delivery

Hi

I paid R85 for Express delivery from Bloemfontein on Tuesday morning 2014/01/28 and was given a tracking number by my supplier TC 209 065 672 ZA and 4 days later I still have not received my parcel. To make it worse I am not even able to track my parcel because the website says the tracking number is not found on the database so I have no idea where my parcel is. I called the supplier who confirmed it is the right tracking number. I then called the post office who also could not find it. I tried calling the call centre on 0860111502 but no one ever answers. Can someone please tell me where my parcel is and when I can expect delivery? I would also like a refund of my R85 because this is definitely not EXPRESS!!!
