I have submitted tracking numbers to the customer care email address and tried to call the number provided to check for local tracking numbers but no luck. Not only do they not accept international tracking numbers at local post offices, there is also no automated way to find out what the local tracking detail is. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of somebody with some know-how... I have a number of parcels coming from overseas and I require tracking info to be kept in touch with the parcels. Please answer the phone or reply to my mails, and upgrade the system to show local tracking assignment!!
