Failing to settle and? or sit and explain the term

Good day
1. I purchase a Renault Koleos on the! Oct 2013.
The car was sold with misrepresentation of the GPS being live traffic. I was informed that Renault would send me a voucher on @ Oct 2013, this did not happen.
I demanded that the contract be cancelled due to the misrepresentation.
Shaun Hamilton informed me that TomTom was a substandard device and due to this Renault is changing away from TomTom to another manufacturer. I inquired as to why I was not informed before the transaction, he then denied saying that.
The dealer Principal informed me verbally and in writing that the car will be replaced with the correct GPS system as required.
I now have a second letter moving the goal posts and conditions which if correct should have been included in the original letter. NOT AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO RIDE THE CAR UNTILL THE REPLACEMENT WAS AVAILABLE.

2. I was offered a trade in on my 2009 Toyota corolla 1.8 exclusive of 107000.00.
I was also informed that Renault would settle the difference outstanding on my car.
Renault paid R3822.28 as a settlement on my car, but the total outstanding was just over R8000.00.

THEY REFUSE TO SETTLE THE COMPLETE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT.
