Try to get my parcel but nothing come of it

I have called TNT 5 times now wait a week for my parcel and have paid my Duty & Vat. Now it has been send to the States Warehouse for what???

I do not get the same story of everyone I speak to at TNT, I was promised to be called back by a guy but nothing ever happens. I'm sick of this I told the one lady I have to be at a place and will be travelling to Cape Town by Today or Tomorrow and the I have to have the parcel before I can go. Now everything is messed up by someone that doesn't know what to do or simply doesn't know his job. I need that parcel and I need to know now what the is going on. Very Bad experience from TNT and I have thought if TNT is good I will use them for my future importing of my goods. But guess what TNT will never again do any shipment for me.
