I am waiting for my parcel from the 29 / 10 / 2013 and don't have it yet. The parcel has been stopped by the Port Health for not having English on the Packages. My Supplier have sent me photos of the packages that is in the parcel. My suppliers products is an Export Product and is being exported to Canada, UK etc. and why will just my packages don't have English on it???
TNT also don't call me back and don't seems to be very helpful to get the package out of this situation. I needed the parcel already last week Friday but is being delayed by this stupid reason. Everybody that's involved with the delay costed me to cancel my accommodation for the past weekend and lost 90 % of my deposit. Why must I pay the States Warehouse for Stupidity???
I would like to know if I will have my parcel before the weekend???
Or must I wait 2 years to get it. Im sick of phoning everybody Port Health and TNT . Where TNT is suppose to help me get the parcel that's why you pay a shipment company.
