I contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and am very sorry I ever used them. The service was absolutely terrible. They quoted me for new and used boxes - only used boxes were delivered. They quoted me for packing - but didn't specify that packing does not include unpacking at the destination or removal of the used boxes and rubbish. On the packing day the quality of the packing was sadly lacking. The staff that they sent to pack were not given food or anything to drink and dropped off at my home without transport so they had no means to get anything. Then to crown it all on the day of the move, the truck was supposed to arrive at 11:00 and only arrived at 16:00. When complaining the only thing said was "oh well, these things happen". We ended up still offloading truck at 21:00 and the poor guys were absolutely exhausted because they had already done one move that day - this was the second one! Since when does one arrange two moves for the same day! Absolutely will never use this company again and nobody that I know will use them either if I have anything to do with it.
