I placed an order with Kalahari and the parcel should have been delivered on friday 13 December. No deliveries were made, I called the fedex express/supaswift call centre and was advised that I should receive my parcel by 12:00 today. Nothing. No deliveries were made. This is very frustrating as I took leave on friday to wait for the parcel, and My brother took leave today to wait for the parcel. But nothing is happening.
