Last week UPS was supposed to deliver a parcel and a very important parcel to me, the guy i spoke to said i will need to pay a shipment fee, so i withdrew cash. the driver arrived with the parcel only to tell me that they dont take cash ONLY EFT. i went to do the eft and faxed the proof of payment to ups services and waited for my parcel. its now been 5 days and my parcel hasnt arrived. i even want to drive there and collect the parcel myself if the service is failing to deliver my parcel
