Kalahari sent me someone else's parcel (parcel no: KL00479068) and another person received my parcel (KL00479069) instead. Kalahari said they will arrange to collect the parcel I received which belonged to someone else - they were supposed to do that during week of 4 November and they still have not collected it from me nor have I received MY parcel!!! Now I am told that my parcel has been collected from the other person and is at the warehouse but they are only going to deliver it to me when they receive the other person's parcel from me - which they have not done!!! I might as well go to the shop next time and buy the stuff myself. I am without my parcel being delivered and still sitting with someone else's purchase!!
