Good day

I ordered a parcel from [URL Removed] on the 12 Dec 2013 and I still have not received the parcel.
It is today the 16 Jan 2014 and no parcel.

I have been contacting [URL Removed] since the 2 Jan 2013 to get feedback on where my parcel is. I wasted 129 minutes of my airtime on my mobile to get info on where my parcel is, I was on leave this whole time and that is why I had to use my mobile phone to get the info.

Sometimes I would phone 3 times a day because they said they will follow up where the parcel is but they don't call back.

I have also escalated this matter with the supervisors on duty and even there managers but they don't care. They said that they will phone me back with an ETA but it does not happen. I still don't have any parcel

I just get told another story even though I have been told that it would be delivered the next day, the same story since the 2nd Jan 2014

Today I have contacted 3 times and I still do not have an ETA.

I actually cannot complain about the service that I am getting because there is no service al all.

I think they must closedown the website [URL Removed] and get a real company like [URL Removed] to do the online shopping.
