I paid 72GBP for a parcel and am still waiting for delivery after the parcel arrived in SA more than a week ago. Firstly no one inform me it was held up due to duties that had to be paid. I had to contact them to find out what the problem is. Next I see on the online tracking a blatant lie - stating that the courier tried to deliver but no one was home - we were there all the time. I tried for an hour to get hold of someone to assist in this regard only to be told that the parcel will be delivered this afternoon. Guess what - it is past 5pm. I called again and now the story changed - they will deliver tomorrow. Hopefully I do get my parcel. Will not use DHL again. ;-(
