2 Months and counting for spare key

I'd like to start this by saying that the initial experience with this branch was brilliant, had my new car within 1 week of enquiring online.

My issue with the after sales service, when I received my car I was given a key stuck together with Q-bond (metal glue), the key works but is on the point of falling apart. This would not have been a problem had I been given a spare key, but unfortunately I was not provided with one so this is the only key I have.

So here's my problem, if this key breaks I don't have a car. Simple as that, which is a massive problem as I move around a lot for work.

I Have been asking and following up about this with my salesperson Paul since I bought the car beginning August, it's now end October and I still don't have a new key. 2 People in my office bought the exact same car from the exact same dealership within weeks of my purchase and both of them have their spare keys.

How can this possibly be taking this long, I have even offered to do it myself if Imperial covers the costs.

I Don't think it's unreasonable to expect this and I have been more than patient over the last 2 (almost 3) months.

Can someone please sort this out now.
