Imperial Select Multi Franchise
First and last Hyundai eve

I bought a Hyundai I20 from the above mentioned supplier in September 2011. On day of collection it was communicated that my spare key had not arrived yet, but was on its way in due course. After numerous telephonic communications with the salesman, Eugene at the time, it was decided that the key be programmed and supplied at my first service interval of 15000km. i reminded the service team on the day, on collection no spare key. After numerous visits to the dealership, conversations with the sales manager and the new sales man and reminders on every service interval (on my 4th already) there was said my spare key had disappeared and could not be found. I then went to see the dealer principle, Jaco. He said that it is not his problem that my spare hey is lost, and that the time lapsed after purchase is too long for them to give me a spare key. I have complained on Facebook to no reply, I have spoken to people at Hyundai's head office, all to no avail. I am disgusted at his attitude and reluctance to help a customer, and prospective permanent customer. My first and last Hyundai ever. I would not suggest them to anybody.
