I had a motorcycle transported by macdonalds transport from Upington to Durban. The motorcycle was damaged completely as the driver decided to transport it on its side with goods stacked ontop. The company took responsibility for the damage. Last week the insurance had paid out to the transport company the claim. I was promised by Ninette that the full payment would be maid last week the 25/10/2013. Still to this date nothing has been paid into my account. It has been now 2 months on going. I have to contact them every time to find out what is happening and emails are also never replied to. This is the worse service I have ever received from any company. I would never use or recommend them to anybody. I understand that accidents happen with careless staff but the way they have conducted the matter is utter discuss and lack of service.
