We bought a KIA Cerato from the Imperial Select franchise in November 2012. Gavin Graham handled the sale. We did not receive the spare key during the purchase as the company was allegedly waiting for a batch of spare keys to arrive, one of which was ours. Six months, various phone calls and appointments later we still do not have the key. This is highly frustrating as we may lose our key at any time and what will be done then?
