I bought a car from Imperial Select Northcliff in August last year & initially received very friendly, efficient service. I had to wait about 4 to 5 weeks for the car to be licensed during which time I had to phone them a few times to remind them. This should have been a warning! There was no spare key with the car and I was promised that one would be supplied. Despite numerous calls to the salesman, Ivor & Colin the sales manager I am still without a spare key. None of my messages which by now must number about 10 have ever got a response and when I have actually spoken to Ivor or Colin they have promised to get back to me and never have. I am so bitterly disappointed that their after sales service is so apalling.
