No AfterSales Service

I bought a Kia Cerato from this dealership beginning February 2013. When I collected the car the sensor in the spare key wasn't working. Pieter who I bought the car from said that this part was already on order and that he will let me know as soon as the part arrives. After that I never heard from him again, I had to phone and email him numerous times, with either no reply or he says he will get back to me and never does. This is now 2.5 months later and I still don't have my spare key, I spoke to him last week after which he promised he will check on the key and get back to me, he never did. I phoned him again on Saturday, and he said he'll phone me back today, still nothing. I'm am greatly disappointed as the pre-sale service was excellent, but after the sale was made, there is NO service whatsoever. I send a mail to Louis, the Second Hand Sales Manager to ask for assistance. I got a read receipt from him, a day later and no one has tried to contact me. This is utterly disappointing and clearly a trend with Imperial Select The Glen.
