Pathetic Service

My mother purchased a Raylite battery for her car in February 2013. We were told by Battery Centre that this is a reliable brand and covered by a 12 month warranty.

The battery functioned relatively normally from time to time. However, when starting it yesterday it was flat.
My mother called the local Vereeniging branch who informed us that they do not come out to assist.

I thereafter called the call centre and informed them. The lady had a horrible attitude and when I told her this is pathetic service and would be going elsewhere she said thank you and no problem (please note I spoke nicely).

Is this how you treat pensioners who have no way of boosting a car and nobody to assist them? Do you tell your customers to go to other suppliers?
