I experience a problem with my motorcycle battery buy from battery centre vdbp. First i phone the branch and tell them my problem because the battery is not even a month old. He told me to come to the shop and that they have the battery in stock. I drive from krugersdorp to vdbl park.on arrival, a very rude and aggressive woman told me that she refuse to change my battery although it was still under warranty. She ask me to leave the batter for two hours while the charge it. When i insist on a new battery, she became very aggressive and start shouting at me. I was so shocked by this aggressive attack that I leave just to defuse the satiation. How can a brand like Battery Centre allow a person like this to work with the public. On one stage I was afraid that this woman will physical attack me. My problem with my battery is not sorted out. The question is, where must I go to? Will this be the attitude of all their branches to treat a client in in such a way just not to obey a warranty? My invoice number of Battery Centre Vanderbijlpark is:296019 dated 2 March 2013.
