Only 14 months ago I bought a Raylite battery for R1300 from Battery Centre.
When I went back to them with a problem with my car not starting, they said that one of the battery cells was dead and I had to buy a new battery because it was out of warranty.
I get that the warranty is only 12 months, but the attitude was bad - I was told that they only expect their batteries to last 12 to 24 months!
For a start, selling a product that doesn't last is irresponsible, but then put a warning on it when I buy it.
Very disappointed - not coming back there again!
