Stayed open till after 2am to honour my booking

Due to a weather delay, my flight to Lanseria on the evening of 20 October 2013 was delayed by almost 3 hours with the new arrival time of 2:40am.
I was dependant on the rental car I booked, and was quite concerned that the office would be closed by the time I got there.
However, I was assured over the phone that they would be open until the last flight had landed. True to their word, the Europcar office was still open and waiting for me when I got there at almost 3am in the morning.
