I purchased a raylite battery in 2011/10 at Centurion Battery centre and the battery needed replacemant in 2012/09 as the cells were completely depleted. Silverton battery centre replaced the battery as a claim. 8 Months later the replaced battery is also depleted. I went to midrand battery centre and they tested the battery and confirmed the battery was done but they coukd not replace the battery as the warranty is over and i needed to go back to Silverton. I contacted Silverton and also confirmed that the product is out of its warranty period. My worry in this matter is the type of quality thats being sold is a rip off and that battery centre should at least stand up and say, sorry for the bad product, we will investigate and replace your current one with a new one. That I'd appreciate and would gaurantee my future purchase of their product, but now im being sent from Pontius to Pilate. Come on guys... 2 batteries in less that 2 years.
