My car was serviced by Shaun from global auto. Initially he said it was a cheap repair, just the one fulel injector. Then it changed to the coil that had to be replaced. Asked him to make sure it was coil as it costed R3500 for the part alone. He replaced the coil. Car still gave me the same problem. Took it back, said it was his fault and changed another seal. Same problem persisted, but now the car smelled like fuel. I took it in again, he apparently fixed it and said nothing will happen with the fuel smell. I phoned him and complained about the fuel smell. He said nothing serious. The next day my car caught fire and was written off by insurance. Global auto is now just ignoring me. He said he would come back to me re a refund, but is ignoring all contact. I have referred alot of clients to him and this is how he treats clients. A dangerous situation was just ignored by a so called specialist.
