A new battery purchased from Midas went flat. When Midas was called out the gentleman did not want to look at the receipt and told us that the battery sold is not a new battery, but a second hand battery. Midas took the battery to charge it. It is now 2 days without any reply from Midas. The battery was purchased 6 months ago as a brand new 652 Exide battery
