I bought a second hand BMW 320D from Peugeot Northcliff on 2012-10-29. On delivery the spare key was not provided. I requested this be provided asap. After numerous attempts at getting the spare key they had at their offices, it ended up as not being the correct key.
I have now been told they will get a new key from BMW made up. After every attempt to resolve this, something always comes up.
Really, it can't be that difficult to go down to BMW and get a new key made up. I will not let up until this key is provided as promised by Peugeot! Rickey, please get your Dealer Principle to get this sorted out!
